White Zombie

Ingredients

• 1 barspoon Maraschino (luxardo)
• 0.25 oz Simple syrup (none, combined with purée above)
• 0.25 oz Passion fruit purée (1/2 oz passion fruit syrup)
• 0.5 oz Don's mix (bg reynolds)
• 0.75 oz Lime juice
• 0.75 oz Velvet falernum
• 1 oz Hayman's royal dock gin
• 1.5 oz Banks 5 island rum (plantation 3 star)
• 1.5 oz Macchu pisco
• 1 barspoon Absinthe (kübler)

Instructions

Shake with ice and pour into a Tiki mug (shake with ice, strain into a Tiki mug, and fill with crushed ice). Garnish with an orange wheel, mint sprig, and a paper umbrella (mint sprigs and nasturtium flowers).
