Sherry Cobbler

Ingredients
- 17 drop Bittermens mole bitters
- 1 barspoon Demerara syrup
- 2 oz Lustau pedro ximénez "san emilio" sherry
Instructions
Stir with ice and strain into a highball filled with fresh ice. Garnish with berries of the season.
