Ingredients

  • 17 drop Bittermens mole bitters · Bitters
  • 1 barspoon Demerara syrup · Syrup
  • 2 oz Lustau pedro ximénez "san emilio" sherry · Sherry

Instructions

Stir with ice and strain into a highball filled with fresh ice. Garnish with berries of the season.
