Ingredients

  • 2 dash Peychaud's bitters · Bitters
  • 2 barspoon Cointreau (1/4 oz) · Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Sweet vermouth (cocchi) · Vermouth
  • 1.5 oz Martell cognac (courvoisier vs)

Instructions

Stir with ice, strain into a rocks glass pre-rinsed with Pernod Absinthe, and garnish with an orange twist (orange oil, discard twist).
