Silver Lining

Ingredients
- 1.25 oz Bols genever
- 0.75 oz Aperol
- 0.5 oz Elderflower liqueur (st. elder)
- 0.75 oz Lemon juice
- 1 literal 1 Egg white
Instructions
Shake once without ice and once with ice. Strain into a Collins glass, top with tonic water (~3 oz), and add a straw.
