Gin (beefeater), Lemon juice (1/2 oz), Honey syrup (1:1), Crème de violette (1/8 oz rothman & winter), 1 Egg white

Orange bitters (regan's), Simple syrup, Lemon juice, Fino sherry (lustau), Cocchi americano

1 Egg white, Simple syrup, Lemon juice, Apricot liqueur (rothman & winter), Punt e mes, London dry gin (beefeater)

Beefeater gin, Aperol, Vanilla passion fruit syrup (*), Lemon juice, Peychaud's bitters

Orange bitters (regan's), Maraschino (1/4 oz luxardo), Dry vermouth (1 1/2 oz noilly prat), Gin (1 1/2 oz beefeater)
