Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz Simple syrup (gomme) · Syrup
  • 0.25 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 1 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Pimm's no. 1 · Liqueur
  • 1.5 oz Blanco tequila (casa noble)
  • 3 Cardamom pods

Instructions

Muddle cardamom and add rest of ingredients. Shake with ice and double strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime twist.
