Scotch Hearst Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 dash Peychaud's bitters
  • 1 dash Fee's orange bitters
  • 1.5 oz Cinzano sweet vermouth
  • 1.5 oz Caol ila 12 year scotch

Instructions

Stir with ice and strain into a rocks glass. Twist a lemon rind over the top, rim the edge with the oils, and discard.
