  • 0.25 oz Simple syrup (omit)
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice (3/4 oz) · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Aperol · Other
  • 0.75 oz St. germain (st. elder) · Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Bluecoat gin (tanqueray)

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with 3 drop absinthe (St. George).
