Ingredients

  • 2 oz San pellegrino pompelmo (grapefruit) soda
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Falernum · Other
  • 0.5 oz Lavender honey syrup · Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Manzanilla sherry · Sherry
  • 1.5 oz Pelotón de la muerte mezcal · Mezcal

Instructions

Build in a Collins glass, fill with crushed ice, and add 3-4 dash Angostura Bitters to the top. Swizzle to mix and chill while not completely mixing in the bitters. Garnish with a cucumber slice and add a straw.
