Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Falernum (velvet) · Other
  • 0.5 oz Maple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz White grapefruit juice (3/4 oz pink)
  • 0.75 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 1 oz Light rum (santa teresa claro)
  • 1 oz Aged demerara rum (el dorado 5 year)
  • 1 oz Dark jamaican rum (coruba) · Rum
  • 2 Hard dash allspice dram (2/3 bsp hamilton's)

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a double old fashioned glass with a Navy Grog ice cone, and top with 1 oz soda water.
