Ingredients

10 Black peppercorns
1 Small strawberry
0.75 oz Simple syrup (gomme) · Syrup
0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
2 oz Espolón tequila blanco · Tequila

Instructions

Muddle peppercorns and strawberry. Add rest of ingredients and ice, shake, and double strain into an absinthe-rinsed (Pernod Fils) cocktail glass.
