Sicilian Sour

Ingredients
- 1 literal 1 Egg white
- 2 dash Angostura bitters
- 0.5 oz Lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Galliano ristretto espresso liqueur
- 0.5 oz Averna
- 1.5 oz Rittenhouse 100 rye
Instructions
Shake once without ice and once with. Double strain into a rocks glass and garnish with 3 coffee beans.
