Visionary Cocktail

3 tsp Egg white (1 full egg white)
3 tsp Lime juice (1/2 oz) · Juice
2 tsp Cinnamon syrup (1/3 oz bg reynolds)
2 tsp Fernet branca (1/3 oz)
40 Ml vodka (1 1/2 oz beefeater gin)

Shake once without ice and once with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with 2 dash chocolate bitters (homemade).

Gin (beefeater), Lemon juice (1/2 oz), Honey syrup (1:1), Crème de violette (1/8 oz rothman & winter), 1 Egg white

White of an egg (1 egg white), Grenadine, Lime juice (1/2 oz), Dry vermouth (1 oz dolin), Applejack (1 oz laird's)

Fernet branca (see cynar variation below), Green chartreuse, Campari, Simple syrup, Whole egg

1 Egg white, Lemon juice, Elderflower liqueur, Blanco vermouth, Del maguey mezcal, Macchu pisco

1 Egg white, Ferrara orgeat, Lime juice, Montecristo 12 year rum, Batavia arrack

1 Egg white, Bittermens mole bitters, Pierre ferrand 1840 cognac, Coco lopez cream of coconut, Fernet branca

1 Egg white, Orange juice (3/8 oz), Lemon juice (3/8 oz), Benedictine (3/4 oz), Booth's dry gin (1 1/2 oz beefeater)
