  • 0.5 oz Stone fruit shrub · Shrub
  • 1 oz Lustau amontillado sherry · Sherry
  • 1 oz Hayman's old tom gin · Gin

Instructions

Stir with ice and strain into a wine glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
