Ingredients

  • 3 dash Aromatic bitters (angostura) · Bitters
  • 1 tsp Sugar (1/4 oz 1:1 simple syrup) · Other
  • 1.5 tsp Honey (1/2 oz 1:1 honey syrup) · Other
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 2 oz Amber rum (plantation original dark)

Instructions

Build in a Collins glass, swizzle to mix and chill, and decorate with berries (mint sprigs).
