Ingredients

  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 0.75 oz Lime juice
  • 0.75 oz Tamarind-cinnamon syrup (*)
  • 0.5 oz Del maguey mezcal vida
  • 1.5 oz Plantation dark rum

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a Collins glass, fill with crushed ice, add a straw, and garnish with a mint sprig (later, it was a mint sprig + a paper umbrella).
