Ingredients
- 2 oz Teeling single grain irish whiskey
- 0.75 oz Lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Aperol
- 0.5 oz Grenadine
- 1 Heaping bsp raspberry jam
- 1 dash Regan's orange bitters
- 1 literal 1 Egg white
Instructions
Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with lemon oil from a twist.
