Ingredients
- 0.25 oz Pineapple syrup
- 0.5 oz Lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Batavia arrack
- 1.5 oz St. germain elderflower liqueur
- 3 dash Bittermans boston summer bittahs
Instructions
Shake over ice and strain into a cocktail glass. *Pineapple syrup: pass fresh pineapple juice through a fine strainer lined with a cone filter (a coffee filter would work, too).
