- 1 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
- 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
- 0.25 oz Absinthe (pernod absinthe) · Absinthe
- 0.75 oz Swedish punsch (kronan) · Herbal Liqueur
- 1.5 oz Bourbon (larceny) · Whiskey
Instructions
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Make a line on the froth with Peychaud's Bitters and garnish with a mint leaf "shark fin."
