Ingredients

  • 2 dash Tiki bitters (bittermens burlesque)
  • 0.13 oz Curaçao (pierre ferrand)
  • 0.25 oz Luxardo maraschino liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz Passion fruit syrup
  • 0.5 oz Bonded rye whiskey (rittenhouse)
  • 1.5 oz Elijah craig 12 year bourbon (old grand-dad bonded)

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a shark mug (Tiki mug), fill with crushed ice, and garnish with 3 dash Peychaud's Bitters and pineapple leaves (omit leaves).
