  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Rhubarb syrup (1:1) (a · Syrup
  • 1.5 oz Gutierrez colosia fino elcano sherry · Sherry

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a Highball glass containing 2 oz seltzer water. Top with ice and add a straw.
