Bowery Sour

Ingredients

  • 1 Pinch curry powder (pea-sized pinch)
  • 2 Leaf basil
  • 2 barspoon Sugar (3/8 oz simple syrup)
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice
  • 2 Strawberries
  • 2 oz New amsterdam gin

Instructions

Muddle fruit, juice, sugar, and curry. Add gin and ice, shake, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a strawberry and a basil leaf.
