1 dash Angostura bitters
0.17 Brandy (1/4 oz pedro domecq fundador solera reserva)
0.17 Cointreau (1/4 oz)
0.5 Gin (3/4 oz beefeater 24)
0.17 Amontillado sherry (1/4 oz lustau los arcos)

Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and a cocktail onion (we omitted the onion).
