Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz Rich demerara syrup
  • 1 oz Barbancourt 4 year rhum (barbancourt 8 year)
  • 1.5 oz Sercial madeira (blandy's 5 year verdelho)
  • 4 Leaf mint (6 leaves)

Instructions

Muddle the mint, add the rest of ingredients and crushed ice, stir, top with crushed ice, and garnish with a mint sprig.
